This is a remote position with extensive travel. We are actively targeting candidates located in the Calgary, AB and Edmonton, AB areas.

The Role at a Glance

· Strategic Prospecting & Market Insight: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the wheel and tire market.

· Relationship Management & Influence: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

· Territory & Account Growth: Strategically grow accounts and territory performance through consultative selling.

· Sales Execution & Pipeline Discipline: Maintain a disciplined pipeline from prospecting to closing deals.

· Collaboration & Business Acumen: Partner with internal teams to align strategies and drive revenue growth.

· Adaptability & Self-Management: Travel regionally within assigned territory (50% or more with overnight stays as well).

What We're Looking For

· 3+ years of business development or sales experience with a proven track record of new account pursuit

· Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills

· Experience creating and executing territory strategies that align with company goals

· Proficiency with CRM platforms and business development tools

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

· Willingness to travel regionally to meet with customers

It's a Plus If You Have

· Experience developing strategic partnerships and alliances

· Familiarity with wheels, tires, or the automotive aftermarket

· Strong analytical skills and comfort with market data
