We're looking for a Full-Time Front-End Receptionist & Customer Service Specialist to lead with warmth, organization, and a passion for people at our Willow Park Village location.
This position also includes lead liaison responsibilities between guests and stylists, and inventory coordination to maintain our high retail and presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Front-End Operations
- Welcome guests with grace, professionalism, and genuine warmth.
- Lead the coordination of client flow, ensuring the front-end runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with stylists about guest arrivals, service timing, and special requests.
- Manage scheduling and appointment adjustments using the Meevo booking system.
- Handle all calls, texts, and email inquiries with accuracy and care.
- Assist guests with retail recommendations, checkout, and rebooking future appointments.
- Maintain a polished, luxury presentation throughout the salon's front-end and retail areas.
Stylist Liaison Leadership
- Act as the key link between the front desk and salon floor to ensure an exceptional guest journey.
- Support stylists in maintaining accurate booking times, service notes, and add-on requests.
- Communicate daily goals, schedule changes, and guest experience priorities.
- Promote a positive, team-oriented culture of communication and excellence.
Inventory & Retail Oversight
- Track and receive retail and backbar deliveries with accuracy.
- Conduct weekly inventory counts and report low-stock items.
- Ensure retail shelves are organized, restocked, and visually merchandised to brand standard.
- Support sales initiatives and product education to help guests make informed choices.

- Proficient with email, scheduling tools, and digital communication.
