Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Community and Business Development Manager to lead our company's community partnership initiatives and drive growth across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, e-commerce, and business development, with the ability to develop innovative campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales. This leadership role requires a creative thinker with excellent analytical skills and a deep understanding of current marketing/community trends and tools.

Duties

  • Responsible for driving catering, and community events that convert into transactions to grow the business.
  • Proactively secure partnerships with schools, sports organizations, nonprofits, car dealerships, and local businesses. Partnerships must have clear value exchange and measurable impact.
  • Conduct weekly outbound outreach to local businesses and organizations. Cold visits, warm follow-ups, and relationship maintenance are expected, not optional.
  • Represent the restaurant at community events, grand openings, fundraisers, and networking opportunities. Ensure Chick-fil-A is the most visible and trusted brand in the trade area
  • Create targeted initiatives such as school nights, team meals, spirit nights, corporate lunch programs, and neighborhood activations that lead to repeat business
  • Measure results of partnerships, events, and promotions. Track transactions, catering revenue, guest counts, and lead conversion.
  • Work closely with leadership to ensure catering and large orders are operationally sound, on time, and reinforce brand excellence
  • Oversee distribution and strategic use of offer cards, digital promotions, signage, and branded materials to support business development efforts
  • Maintain CRM-style tracking of key contacts, organizations, and decision-makers. No one-time deals.
  • Hit weekly and monthly targets tied to catering revenue, new partnerships secured, repeat orders, and incremental transaction growth

Skills

  • Proven ability to prospect, pitch, follow up, and close partnerships and catering business. Comfortable walking into businesses uninvited and leaving with meetings booked
  • Can build trust with principals, athletic directors, pastors, office managers, and business owners. Not surface-level friendliness. Real influence
  • Understands that community activity exists to drive transactions and repeat business. Thinks in targets, conversion, and lifetime value
  • Ability to structure win-win partnerships with clear expectations, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.
  • Can plan, promote, and execute community events and on-site activations that are operationally sound and brand-elevating
  • Skilled at tracking leads, partnerships, event performance, and catering revenue
  • Represents the brand with confidence, polish, and consistency in public settings. Understands they are the face of the business outside the building
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and proactive. Does not need reminders to follow up, execute, or report results

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
