Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

The role:
We are looking for a friendly and professional individual who has experience in other administrative roles. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable and has a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones & direct calls to individuals
- Provide administrative support to all employees as requested
- Greet/welcome customers and direct to appropriate person
- Type up quotes for customers
- Scan, copy and file documents
- Maintain and organize the cleanliness of the office
- Match packing slips with invoices
Must haves:
- Extensive experience using Microsoft office Suite, with focus on Word and Excel
- Minimum of 3 years working in administrative roles
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization skills
- Punctual and Reliable

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
