Role Description

This is a full-time in-office role for a highly skilled Client Service Coordinator located in Calgary, AB. The successful candidate will work directly with a senior advisor and will be responsible for managing communication with wealth management clients and also managing the advisor's proactive client meeting schedule. With the goal of delivering outstanding customer service, the role requires efficiently opening new client accounts, completing transfers and supporting complex advisory work.
This role also requires the efficient handling of client inquiries, maintaining accurate client records, coordinating schedules, preparing analytics for client meetings, and accurately completing client-driven financial tasks, all while supporting the overall operations of the team. We are seeking someone who enjoys being part of a team and is genuinely committed to providing exceptional service.

Qualifications

Client Services & Customer Service:

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional client experiences and build trust.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Administrative Assistance:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Time Management:

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Competent with office software and tools.

Team Collaboration:

  • Works effectively within a team environment.

Industry Experience:

  • Experience in banking, lending, insurance, or wealth management is preferred.

Education:

  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is a
    major
    asset.
