PTW is hiring a Project Coordinator to join our team in Calgary, AB Do you like to be the go-to person supporting project managers and working with clients as a project coordinator? A DAY IN THE LIFE…

  • Coordinates responsibilities and follows up on action items with project teams.
  • Assists Project Managers with full project execution. Acts as the main point of contact for clients as required.
  • Works with client representatives throughout all stages including: engineering, drafting, construction and contracts.
  • Facilitates or participates in project kick-offs, bid reviews and progress meetings.
  • Manages suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Administers project controls; including change management, quality management and schedule management.
  • Maintains detailed records of all dates, drawings, documents and correspondence (both written and verbal) related to projects.
  • Monitors and controls the distribution of all project documents and records.
  • Creates and tracks project progress and costs.
  • Analyzes projects based on budget and forecasts.
  • Creates, schedules and maintains procedures for successful execution.
  • Generates invoices and change orders on a timely basis
  • Ensures projects are completed on time, on budget and according to customer expectations, exceeding requirements where possible.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Four years' project coordination experience desired.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks quickly.
  • Outstanding customer service skills are essential.
