Administrative Assistant with Social Media Skills

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Admin Assistant with Social Media Skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and promote our brand along with dealing with processing of immigration applications. Previous experience in immigration facility within Canada is a must.
Duties
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and clerical duties as needed.
- Prepare, proofread and submit various immigration applications such as TRV's, Study permit application, work permits, and PR applications.
- Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create engaging and shareable content across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities.
- Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency in messaging and visuals.
- Respond to customer inquiries on social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain an organized content calendar to schedule posts and campaigns effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong computer skills with experience in data entry and administrative tasks.
- Previous experience in Immigration is a must.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading content before publication.
- Ability to operate multi-line phone systems and maintain professional phone etiquette.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
