**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service & Reception**:

- Greet clients warmly and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process.
- Maintain appointment schedules, confirm bookings, and handle cancellations or reschedules.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service to create a positive experience.
- Perform Cleaning/Disinfection Duties and Laundry
- Cleaning Hydrotherapy Tub, changing sheets and disinfect space

**Social Media & Content Creation**:

- Manage the spa’s social media accounts, including Instagram and TikTok.
- Create eye-catching and on-brand social media posts using **Canva**.
- Design and schedule regular content for Instagram feeds, Stories, and TikTok posts, highlighting our services, promotions, and customer experiences.

**Administrative Support**:

- Process bookings, payments, and customer information with attention to detail.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, campaigns, or seasonal offerings.
- Maintain an organized reception area and ensure all supplies and equipment are stocked and prepared.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Customer Service Excellence**:

- Warm, friendly, and professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
- **Social Media Skills**:

- Proven experience managing **Instagram** and **TikTok** accounts, with a creative approach to posting.
- Proficient in **Canva** for designing graphics and promotional materials.
- Understanding of current social media trends and the ability to create engaging content that resonates with parents and families.
- **Organizational Skills**:

- Strong multitasking abilities to manage reception duties and marketing tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
