Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Dental Office Administrator with 2 to 3 years of experience as a Dental Practice Receptionist/Administrator to be our Welcoming Smile to our office. The ideal candidate will have exceptional people skills, a passion for patient care, and the ability to provide an amazing experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of our administration desk, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow.

  • Manage scheduling, patient flow, and patient insurance/collections to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.

  • Work with a high-performing administration and clinical team.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain patient confidentiality.

  • Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and caring manner.

  • Work with and help develop office policies and procedures to maintain/improve efficiency and patient care.

  • Collaborate with the dental team to enhance service delivery and promote a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience as a Dental Office Administrator in a dental setting.

  • Strong leadership in organization and records management.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both team members and patients.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in dental practice management software and MS Office Suite.

  • Dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and maintaining a supportive workplace culture.
