Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our healthcare practice. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our dental and medical teams by managing administrative tasks, maintaining electronic medical records, and ensuring smooth office operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency with Tracker, and familiarity with dental and medical terminology. The Administrator will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient service and supporting the overall efficiency of the practice.

Duties

  • Front desk operations, including greeting patients and scheduling appointments
  • Handle multi-line phone systems to coordinate patient inquiries and appointment confirmations
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records using systems such as Epic and Dentrix
  • Assist with billing, insurance processing, and coding procedures
  • Prepare and organize patient files, forms, and other documentation
  • Support clinical staff with administrative tasks as needed
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards
  • Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and insurance companies

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Dental Receptionist is mandatory - minimum 2 years
  • Proficiency with Tracker is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and medical terminology is a plus
  • Strong office experience with front desk responsibilities and multi-line phone systems
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Administrative experience in healthcare environments is preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
