Dental Office Receptionist

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out process.
- Scheduling appointments and managing patient care timelines.
- Handle multi-line phone systems to answer calls, address inquiries, and manage patient communications.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Process patient information, including insurance verification and billing inquiries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care and efficient office operations.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role within a dental or medical office is preferred.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry is a great asset.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while providing exceptional customer service.
- Experience with front desk operations, including managing appointment schedules and handling patient inquiries.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $32.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
