Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Dental Office Manager with 2 to 3 years of experience as a Practice Manager to lead our dental office. The ideal candidate will have exceptional people skills, a passion for patient care, and the ability to unify and inspire our team to achieve our collective goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the dental practice, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow.
Manage scheduling, patient flow, and office protocols to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.
Lead, train, and motivate staff to create a cohesive and high-performing team.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain patient confidentiality.
Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and caring manner.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and patient care.
Collaborate with the dental team to enhance service delivery and promote a positive work environment.
Monitor financial performance, including budgets, collections, and expenses.
Qualifications:
2 to 3 years of experience as a Practice/Office Manager in a dental setting.
Strong leadership and team-building skills with a focus on motivating and unifying staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in dental practice management software and MS Office Suite.
