At FASTSIGNS, we're more than just sign makers — we help businesses communicate, brand, and grow through custom signage, graphics, and visual solutions.

From storefront and building signage to window films, vehicle graphics, and large-format printing, we bring creativity and precision to every project.

We're looking for a Business Development Executive who's energetic, self-motivated, and passionate about helping clients elevate their brand visibility. Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial, retail, and institutional sectors in the GTA.

  • Build and maintain client relationships, from first contact through project delivery.
  • Prospect and cold call potential clients, property managers, and contractors to introduce FASTSIGNS solutions.
  • Collaborate with our design and production team to prepare quotes and proposals that meet client goals and budgets.
  • Conduct on-site visits to assess signage needs and take measurements (training provided).
  • Represent FASTSIGNS at local networking events, trade shows, and business associations.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, tracking leads and opportunities through our CRM system.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in signage, print, or construction-related industries.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • A hunter mentality — confident with cold calling and lead generation.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with signage materials and installation (an asset, but not required).
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
