Job Summary

As an Office Administrator, you will be ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently. Your role will encompass a variety of administrative tasks that support our team and enhance our operations. You'll oversee clerical functions, weekly payroll on Sage50, accounts payables and accounts receivables, vendor and client management and human resources.

What you'll do

  • Manage office operations
  • Handle weekly payroll processing and bookkeeping using Sage 50 to maintain accurate financial records
  • Manage accounts receivables and accounts payables
  • Oversee vendor management to secure quality services and supplies for the office
  • Maintain calendar management for workers and management, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently
  • Provide front desk support by managing phone calls and greeting visitors with professionalism
  • Implement effective communication strategies to enhance interdepartmental collaboration

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sage50 accounting software with payroll, office management Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat
