What will you do?
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Sales Lead for our Digital Energy technology business in Central Canada. In this individual contributor role, you will assist in developing strategies and schedules to meet the goals and objectives and provide coaching and development activities for the sales Team necessary to ensure execution of plans. You will provide ongoing support to clients, high value channel partners and internal sellers and implement business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships and identify new revenue opportunities with major accounts. You will set the vision, develop and execute sales strategies, and foster a high-performance culture in this crucial role to achieve and exceed our ambitious growth objectives for Digital Energy in the region.
- Set and execute regional sales strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and forecasts ensuring alignment and effective collaboration across the regional team to drive growth and market penetration for Digital Energy in the region.
- Market Development: Identify and prioritize target markets and customer segments, leveraging the existing install base to define market potential and tailor approaches that maximize opportunities.
- Customer & Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners (including System Integrators), and other internal and external stakeholders to foster a "Digital" mindset and deliver customer value.
- Solution Delivery & Support: Champion a customer-centric, solutions-focused approach, ensuring the team provides exceptional support to meet customer goals and objectives.
- Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Lead negotiations and construct appropriate terms of sales to secure profitable business and resolve discrepancies between customer expectations and company offerings.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate strategic and tactical sales plans, progress, and results to internal and external stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical or electrical preferred), business administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in energy management, smart buildings, or related industries.
- Strong technical knowledge in smart building, building automation, power metering, and energy management.
- Proven ability to establish, monitor, and optimize sales quotas to drive revenue growth and team performance.
- Experience working with channel partners and developing integrated sales programs.
- Strategic, self-starter mindset with the ability to identify gaps, opportunities, and resources to achieve business goals.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
- Effective collaborator, able to work with diverse internal teams and customer representatives.
What's in it for you?
The compensation range for this full-time position, which includes base pay and short-term incentive, is $96,800-$145,200 for candidates who are Ontario residents. Our salary ranges are determined by including roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
