GTA Compressor Solutions Inc. is looking to recruit a full-time Office & Talent Coordinator. The successful applicants will be self-motivated individuals with excellent organizational and communication skills. The successful applicants must be professional, discreet, and detail orientated. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer and route phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Manage reception desk and service as first point of contact for visitors and candidates
  • Maintain office supplies, uniforms, and organized company files
  • Coordinate mail, invoices, and scheduling of meetings
  • Assist with drafting, posting, and monitoring job advertisements
  • Screen resumes and coordinate interview scheduling
  • Support onboarding activities including preparing new hire packages
  • Maintain and update job descriptions and recruitment records
  • Assist with candidate communications, Pro.File assessments, and reference checks
  • Develop and maintain recruiting relationships with educational institutions
  • Provide general HR support and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Other duties as assigned

Beneficial Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Recruitment platforms (Indeed, ADP)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, discreet, and detail-oriented
  • Administration experience is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $52,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
