Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Service Coordinator, based in Burlington, ON. The Service Coordinator will oversee the scheduling, coordination, and management of fire protection service activities, ensuring that all operations run smoothly. Daily tasks include communicating with clients to schedule inspections, managing technician schedules, organizing service requests, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves collaborating with the operations team to support efficient service delivery and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Service Coordination and Operations Management to effectively schedule, organize, and monitor service activities.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, technicians, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service skills to address client needs promptly and professionally.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills and attention to detail to handle scheduling and administrative tasks effectively.
  • Prior experience in fire protection services or a related industry is an asset but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with standard office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling systems).
