We are looking for a Clinic Manager for our Women's Health Clinic

The Clinic Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a strong leader who can manage staff, coordinate patient care, and maintain high standards of service. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for implementing policies and procedures that enhance patient satisfaction while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Duties

Operational Management: Supervising daily clinic activities to maintain smooth workflows and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Staff Supervision: Recruiting, training, and evaluating clinical and administrative staff to foster a competent and cohesive team.

Financial Oversight: Managing budgets, overseeing billing processes, and ensuring cost-effective operations.

Policy Implementation: Developing and enforcing clinic policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and patient care quality.

Patient Relations: Addressing patient concerns and ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to provincial and federal healthcare laws and regulations.

Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.

Skills

Strong knowledge of acute care practices and medical terminology.

Experience in managing a medical office environment.

Proficient in supervising staff and fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.

Budgeting skills to effectively manage clinic finances.

Understanding of human resources practices within a healthcare setting.

Experience with electronic medical records systems to ensure accurate documentation.

Ability to work effectively in a clinical setting while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field; a master's degree is often preferred

A minimum of 3 yrs of experience in managing a busy clinic .

This role is essential for maintaining the operational integrity of the clinic while providing exceptional service to patients and staff alike.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $27.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
