Currently, we are looking for a new member for our Service Team.

As a Service Coordinator , you would be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Service Line Management

  • Answer incoming calls on the service line and triage requests appropriately

  • Log and prioritize tenant service complaints and ensure timely resolution

  • Task & Workflow Coordination

  • Update and manage service tasks in the system

  • Track progress and ensure completion of work orders and service tickets

  • Tenant Relations

  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants

  • Communicate updates, timelines, and resolutions clearly and professionally

  • Internal & External Communication

  • Assist with communication to small clients

  • Provide issue summaries and updates to VPs for large clients

  • Notify technicians of scheduled work and service requests

  • Liaise with contractors to coordinate work and ensure compliance

  • Administrative Support

  • Assist with invoice processing and technician timesheets

  • Maintain and update property lists and service-related documentation

  • Ensure contractors have valid WSIB and insurance documentation on file

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Professional and courteous customer service approach

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)

  • Experience in property management or service coordination is an asset

Job Type: Full-time
