We are a family owned and operated dealership and we have been operating in the Brantford community for over 50 years. Brant County Ford is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Service Appointment Coordinator. In this key role, you will be responsible for contacting service customers over the phone and email to schedule various automotive service appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assisting Service Department customers in booking appointments.
- Handling incoming calls.
- Reviewing Customer Vehicle history and maintenance schedule
- Suggestion selling of necessary maintenance requirements
- Coordinating Customer needs with Service advisors and Parts departments
- Following up with past customers in the database.
- Other duties, projects, etc as requested by management.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of customer service experience.
- Previous automotive service experience is an asset.
- Dealership experience is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Sales skills
- Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail
- Ability to read and extract data from information sheets
