What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

In this role, you will be crucial in guiding our customers through the vehicle financing process, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience:

  • Customer Consultation: Greet customers and facilitate the smooth transition from sales to finance; determine customer financing needs through comprehensive consultations.
  • Product Presentation: Present financing options and product menus (e.g., extended warranties, insurance products) to enhance the vehicle ownership experience.
  • Compliance & Processing: Process all finance transactions in strict compliance with OMVIC, provincial, and federal regulations.
  • Goal Achievement: Set and achieve sales goals and performance targets consistently.
  • Administration: Handle all administrative tasks accurately and timely in accordance with company policies.
  • Knowledge Growth: Stay up-to-date on all products and continually expand product knowledge.
  • Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.

What We're Looking For (Skills & Qualifications)

We are looking for a motivated professional with strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills:

Qualifications Preferred :

  • Experience: Proven experience in Financial Services / Sales or in a similar F&I role (but would be willing to train the right individual).
  • Licensing: A valid OMVIC license is required or willingness to obtain.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong ability to manage paperwork accurately and adhere to compliance standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
