**Job Overview**
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while facilitating the repair and maintenance of vehicles. Your mechanical knowledge and strong customer service skills will be essential in ensuring a positive experience for our clients and maximizing their satisfaction with our services.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their automotive needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs needed, utilizing your mechanical knowledge.
- Assist customers in understanding their vehicle issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Manage service appointments, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication throughout the service process.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing invoices.
- Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure clear communication regarding repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area, ensuring all customer interactions are positive.

**Requirements**:

- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair preferred.
- Proven customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Experience in a dealership environment is a plus.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Sales experience or skills in upselling services is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A valid driver's license is required.

Pay: $55,495.00-$59,214.00 per year
