Office Assistant – eCommerce & Home Décor (Full-Time)
We are a fast-growing home décor and eCommerce company specializing in area rugs, porcelain décor, and home accessories. We sell across multiple channels including Shopify, Amazon, and wholesale partners. We are looking for a dependable, organized Office Assistant who can help manage day-to-day operations, customer service, administrative tasks, and general office coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and supporting a business with many moving parts.
The Office Assistant will handle customer service by email and phone, help process returns and order issues, maintain paperwork and invoices, and support daily office operations. You will assist with eCommerce tasks such as updating listings, preparing reports, managing product information, and communicating with suppliers and shipping partners. Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel is required since you will help prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain accurate records. Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or home décor eCommerce is preferred.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and able to multitask. You should be comfortable managing customer inquiries, learning new systems quickly, and taking on different tasks as needed to support the business.
Key Skills / Requirements
- Strong experience with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
- Prior experience in home décor or eCommerce is a strong asset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.91-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Saint-Laurent, QC H4S 1M5
