Our proprietary marketing strategy processes for which we've become known help healthcare businesses such as chiropractors, physiotherapists, dentists, and optometrists scale through stellar strategies and outstanding execution.

It's an exciting time to join the business; as such, we're looking for a self-starting Office Administrator to come on board and support the growth of Panel. You'll be looking after our administrative needs.

Overall responsibilities will include:

  • Invoice clients
  • Setup recurring payments
  • Send past due emails and Invoices
  • Enter payments and reporting
  • Client list management and marketing support

We're looking for someone who understands administration needs, is detail oriented, is organized at completing tasks, and an excellent communicator. Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • Accounting or Bookkeeping Experience
  • Diploma
  • High level of proficiency in English
  • Familiarity with healthcare an added bonus
