COMPENSATION:

$ $40.00 per hour, based on experience

SCHEDULE:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday through Friday - enjoy your weekends
  • Daytime hours only

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Minimum 1 year of dental office management or administration experience
  • Proficiency with dental practice management software (Tracker experience is a plus)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
  • Comprehensive knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
  • Commitment to maintaining strict patient confidentiality (PIPEDA/HIPAA compliance)
  • Proven budget management and financial transaction experience
  • Natural ability to connect with patients and create positive experiences
  • Customer service superstar with a genuine desire to help others
