We're a small, creative, highly collaborative team — and we're looking for an incredibly organized, proactive, detail-driven Office Administrator / Studio Assistant to help keep our studio running smoothly.

About the Role
This is a part-time position (approx. 20 hours/week, flexible daytime hours), perfect for someone who:

This role is essential to the efficiency of our design team — you will become the anchor for our finishes library, office organization, scheduling support, and daily studio operations.
Key Responsibilities
Office + Studio Organization
- Maintain, tidy, and organize the finishes library and materials room
- Manage design samples: ordering, receiving, sorting, labeling, and returning
- Organize storage areas, meeting rooms, and communal spaces
- Ensure a clean, orderly, professional studio environment
- Assist with preparing materials for client meetings and presentations
Administrative Support
- Answer phones and greet clients, reps, couriers, and trades
- Receive deliveries; ensure samples and packages are routed correctly
- Filing, document organization, and digital file maintenance
- Organizing receipts and supporting bookkeeping prep
- Assist with forms, basic office paperwork, and data entry
- Light cleaning and daily tidy-up tasks to support office flow
Optional/Dependent on Experience
- Assist with simple social media or Instagram posts
- Help with creating or improving simple office systems
- Support marketing materials or project organization
- Assist with client file setup and internal file organization
- Support executive-level tasks depending on capability and interest
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Strong organization skills (this is the heart of the job)
- High attention to detail
- Ability to self-manage and stay ahead of tasks
- Prior office experience (design studio experience is an asset, not required)
- Professional communication and client-friendly demeanor
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Comfortable with light cleaning and hands-on tasks
Assets (not required but highly valued):
- Interest in interior design
- Experience with finishes, materials, or sample libraries
- Executive assistant or administrative support experience
- Marketing or social media familiarity
- Experience in fast-paced creative or construction-related environments
Compensation
Starting at $22/hour, depending on experience and skill set.
