Your Impact on Our Patient Experience (Responsibilities):

  • Work alongside the dentist during a variety of dental procedures, ensuring patients feel comfortable and cared for
  • Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain equipment following IPAC and infection-control standards
  • Take and process dental X-rays, impressions, and other lab procedures
  • Greet and prepare patients for appointments, complete chart audits, and provide clear oral hygiene instructions in simple terms
  • Support the front office team with booking, invoicing, and patient follow-ups when needed
  • Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks
  • Keep the sterilization area organized and ensure all IPAC protocols are consistently followed
  • Contribute positively to the team and perform additional duties as assigned

What You Bring to Our Team (Qualifications):

  • Required: Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) Level II with active HARP Certification.
  • Required: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Dental Assistant.
  • Required: Valid CPR/First Aid and IPAC Certifications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for making patients feel comfortable.
  • Strong knowledge of dental procedures and confidence in discussing treatment plans with patients
  • Strong attention to detail and proven time management abilities.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively in a busy clinic setting
  • Asset: Previous experience using TRACKER dental software.
