We are looking for a person who is detail orientied, hard working, passionate, and punctual. This person must be able to solve problems on a daily basis and put out fires quickly. This role is designed for you to be independent and work closely with our office admin team to ensure clear and seamless service for our clients.

MUST HAVES:

*2-5 years experience doing services like Window Cleaning, Pressure Washing, Gutter Cleaning, Christmas Light Install is an asset

*2-5 years of experience in the construction, labour industry

*Be able to handle ladders safely

*Any experience with managing is an asset

*Any experience with residential or commercial clients is an asset

Overview: As a Operations Manager for First Response Maintenance you will be tasked with handling all aspects of Production and the managing of technicians in the field.

Job Duties:

  • Physically working up to 20-30hrs a week

 Ensuring crews are following the job-site check list

 Solving any production issues as they come up

 Meeting with upset clients to resolve conflict

 Interviewing and on boarding new technicians into the company

 Training crews to work safety & efficiently

 Job costing the jobs every 2 weeks for labor & materials

 Ordering of equipment & supplies as needed

 Working on-site when needed (sick calls, vacation etc.)

 Leading the weekly production team meeting

 Maintaining of vehicles & production equipment with mechanics

 Working with Office Administrator to ensure production is run well and clients are happy

 Meet with company owner for weekly GSR meeting

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
