Warehouse Operator

Job Responsibilities:
- Flexible working
Start time: 7 AM ~10 AM (Flexible start time depending on the shipping workload for the day.)
Salary:$
Start date: ASAP
Correspond to additional task requests other than the following tasks.
1. Receiving and Shipping Operations
- Loading and unloading trucks and trailers
- Picking, packing, rapping pallets, preparing orders for shipment, storing products in refrigerator/Freezer
- Assisting delivery drivers as needed
- Record incoming material Lot number, Qty recording, record inbound/outbound log
- Record incoming material Lot number, Qty recording, record inbound/outbound log. (Scan Packing slip etc. to PDF and store in onedrive)
- Take a picture of the defect (ripped bags, etc.) and report to the relevant department
- Organize the pallet picture and upload files.
- Support Manager/plant manager with packing slip and other preparations
2. Inventory Management and Order Processing
- Managing inventory (record keeping and reporting to relevant departments)
- Counting inventory and reporting shortages
- Handling Return to Vendor (RTV) processes and communicating with vendors
- Communicate with the truck driver or supplier for the delivery (if necessary)
- Wrapping the pallets.
- Share receiving/shipping schedules with the relevant dept.
- Report refrigerator/freezer or any warehouse issues that are confirmed
3. Forklift and Equipment Operation
- Operating forklifts and pallet jacks to organize products and materials
- Performing minor maintenance, equipment checks, conducting safety checks, and reporting any issues (basic maintenance shall be done by maintenance team or Forklift company)
- Daily Forklift check, recording, and request for approval.
4. Warehouse Cleaning and Safety Management
- Cleaning and organizing the warehouse
- Maintaining a safe working environment by following safety rules
- Wearing appropriate safety gear and adhering to safety protocols
- Support production team for disposals, moving garbage bin as necessary.
5. Team Collaboration
- Coordinating with other departments and team members
- Communication skills (English writing and reading skills needed)
- Proposing improvements for workflow efficiency
- Correspond to the Quality system and system improvement to meet HACCP/SQF/FSSC22000 requirements. (may create and update documents, procedures, forms, etc.)
Basic skill set: required to have 1 year of forklift experience.
Provide $150 for new safety shoes. Over $150 dollars will not be returned. *if resigned before probation, this payment will be deducted from the payroll.

Requirements:
- Required to have 1 year of forklift experience.
- A personal vehicle is required for commuting, as public transportation is not accessible near the site
- No previous experience required; full training will be provided
- Willingness to contribute to both production and cleaning responsibilities
