We are seeking a part-time Medical Office Assistant. If you enjoy delivering top-notch patient care and building lasting relationships, we encourage you to apply

What You'll Be Doing:

· Deliver exceptional patient care with a friendly, positive attitude.

· Manage new patient inquiries and onboard them seamlessly into our system.

· Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, fostering a team-first atmosphere.

· Register and create new electronic patient files, ensuring accurate documentation.

· Book appointments, organize schedules, and maintain electronic medical records.

· Handle medical billing, including private and MSP billing.

· Ensure the clinic stays organized, tidy, and ready to welcome patients.

Qualifications:

· Medical Office Assistant (MOA) Diploma or equivalent experience.

· At least 2 years of customer service experience (preferred).

· Prior experience as an MOA or in a similar healthcare setting.

· Familiarity with Myle EMR and/or Jane App is a bonus.

· Knowledge of the public and private healthcare systems is an asset.

· Excellent attention to detail and understanding of medical terminology.
