MM PHYSIO is looking for a friendly, joyful, and highly organized Medical Office Administrator to join our team immediately.

What We're Looking For:

We need someone who brings positive energy to the clinic every day and is confident working in a fast-paced medical environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience using Jane Software is a MUST
  • Strong knowledge of billing, insurance details, and direct billing systems
  • Experience with WSIB and MVA claims is an asset
  • Excellent patient scheduling and appointment coordination skills
  • Confident with calling patients, answering inquiries, emails, and follow-ups
  • Must be available on weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining a joyful, welcoming attitude
  • Previous experience in a medical, physio, or rehab setting is an asset

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Schedule appointments efficiently using Jane
  • Verify insurance details, process billing, and complete documentation
  • Handle WSIB and MVA paperwork (if experienced)
  • Answer calls, return voicemails, and manage patient communication
  • Assist therapists with patient flow and admin needs
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and positive clinic environment

Location: MM Physio (Cambridge , Guelph and Kitchener)

Start Date: IMMEDIATE
