Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager based in Calgary, AB. The Territory Sales Manager will develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients, identify sales opportunities, and achieve or exceed sales targets. Responsibilities include conducting client consultations, understanding their business needs, providing tailored solutions, and overseeing the entire sales cycle. This role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and nurturing long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in Sales strategies, territory management, and achieving sales targets
  • Customer Service and problem-solving skills to address client concerns effectively
  • Experience in Sales Management and the ability to provide training and mentoring to team members
  • Ability to create and execute strategic sales plans
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is an asset
  • Previous experience in materials storage & handling industrial equipment industries is highly beneficial
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
