Melo LLP is a mid-market accounting firm providing audit, accounting, tax, and business advisory services to clients across various industries including agribusiness, real estate, manufacturing, and professional services.

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in Wyoming, ON on a contract basis. This role is essential in supporting our operations and enhancing client satisfaction through effective administrative support. You will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service while thriving in a culture of innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team
  • Manage scheduling and coordinate meetings
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Handle correspondence and communication with clients
  • Organize and maintain filing systems
  • Ensure efficient front desk operations including phone management
  • Collaborate with team members to improve office processes

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with data entry processes
  • Experience in a clerical or office environment is preferred

Additional Information:

  • Availability to work overtime as required
  • Knowledge of accounting processes is an asset
  • This role is a full-time in person role and hybrid is not available
