**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused **Sales & Receptionist** to join our team. This front-line position plays a key role in providing outstanding customer service while supporting our sales team with fireplace and HVAC product inquiries.
Experience in sales or the HVAC industry is an asset, but **we’re willing to train the right person** who brings a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide information about fireplaces, HVAC products, and services
- Support the sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, and scheduling appointments
- Maintain an organized and welcoming showroom and reception area
- Handle general administrative duties (filing, data entry, etc.)
- **Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or reception is an asset
- Knowledge of HVAC systems or fireplace products is a plus, but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
