As we grow, we're seeking a detail-oriented and professional Executive Assistant to support its senior management team at the Winnipeg office.

Role Description

This role requires excellent time management, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing executive schedules, preparing documents and presentations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics.
  • Draft, format, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations (including PowerPoint decks).
  • Maintain confidential records and filing systems.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of senior management.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist with project tracking and reporting.
  • Support onboarding and coordination of leadership events and initiatives.
  • Order office supplies and manage general administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in a senior-level administrative role.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.  Able to use the latest and new technology in an office environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to draft professional letters and create polished presentations.
  • Pay close attention to detail and demonstrate excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in infrastructure, transportation, or northern operations is an asset.
  • Understanding of Indigenous relations and northern communities is considered an asset.

Work Location

This position will be based in Winnipeg, with occasional travel or remote coordination.
