Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated, customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving sales and providing excellent service to our customers. You'll assist customers with selecting products, provide details on mobile devices and plans, and ensure a smooth shopping experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Greet customers warmly and professionally.
  • Help customers identify their mobile needs and recommend the best products and plans.
  • Demonstrate products and answer questions about features, specifications, and pricing.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a polite and professional manner.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Engage proactively with customers to promote products and services, boosting sales.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products and accessories to enhance customer experience and maximize sales.
  • Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system (RQ) IQ Metrix.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on the latest mobile devices, plans, and promotions from Freedom Mobile.
  • Continuously refresh your product knowledge and keep up with industry trends.
  • Educate customers on the benefits, features, and value of our products to help them make informed purchasing decisions.

Store Maintenance:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including displays and promotional materials.
  • Track inventory levels and assist with restocking as necessary.
  • Participate in regular store maintenance tasks, such as inventory counts and merchandising updates.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
  • Basic understanding of mobile devices and technology.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
