Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations
- Lead, mentor, and inspire our clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Oversee all aspects of patient scheduling, treatment coordination, and financial arrangements
- Champion an exceptional patient experience, from the first call to the completion of treatment.
- Monitor inventory and manage supply orders
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Address patient concerns and provide resolution in a professional manner
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new administrative staff
Qualifications
- Strongly Recommended: 3+ years of experience in a dental administration role. This experience must be from a dental practice within North America.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing practice budgets
- Experience with dental software systems (e.g., Akitu One, or similar)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
