Central Oakville Dental Care is looking for a friendly, dependable, and patient-focused Dental Receptionist/Assistant to join our modern, family-oriented dental office. Our space was designed for comfort, efficiency, and a welcoming environment for both patients and team members.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position that blends front desk and occasional clinical duties. You'll be the welcoming face of our practice, helping patients feel at ease while ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage appointment scheduling, recalls, and insurance processing
  • Handle phone and email communications with accuracy and empathy
  • Support clinical staff with sterilization and occasional chairside tasks
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and teamwork

What We're Looking For

  • Previous dental reception or assisting experience (ABELDent experience an asset)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and computer proficiency
  • Dependable, punctual, and committed to high standards of care
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and eager to learn
