About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position that blends front desk and occasional clinical duties. You'll be the welcoming face of our practice, helping patients feel at ease while ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage appointment scheduling, recalls, and insurance processing
  • Handle phone and email communications with accuracy and empathy
  • Support clinical staff with sterilization and occasional chairside tasks
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and teamwork

  • Previous dental reception or assisting experience (ABELDent experience an asset)
