Experienced, organized, and caring Dental Receptionist needed for a busy, growing practice in Oakville. We provide family dentistry, ortho, Invisalign, implants, perio and other specialist services to our patients.

Our office recently re-opened in a beautiful new digital state-of-the-art clinic. Our team is highly trained, engaged and committed to giving our patients the best dental experience at every visit

Abeldent experience is a must - including treatment planning and financials.

The position is Full Time for 30-40 hours per week.

We're looking for someone who:

  • has minimum 2 years Dental Receptionist experience in Ontario
  • has minimum 2 years Abeldent experience
  • can work some evenings until 8pm, and 2 Saturdays per month (9-3)
  • the ability to work as part of cohesive team in a fast paced patient-focused office
  • experience with floating/sterilization is a definite asset
