Your New Role

As Leasing Manager, you'll take ownership of a geographically diverse industrial portfolio, progressing from small-bay leasing to larger, complex transactions. You'll build critical broker relationships, provide strategic market intelligence, and directly impact performance through innovative leasing strategies.

Working primarily from Toronto with regular site visits, you'll support Ontario renewals and spearhead Atlantic region growth opportunities using industry-leading platforms like VTS and Power BI.

What Sets You Apart

You bring 3-5 years of progressive leasing experience, ideally from an owner-operator background, with proficiency in VTS, Power BI, and lease documentation. What distinguishes you is your collaborative spirit, growth mindset, and natural curiosity about market trends.
