Role Description

This is a contract (consulting) hybrid role for a Leasing Manager. The Leasing Manager will manage leasing activities, including preparing and executing leases, conducting market research to price properties competitively, and overseeing lease administration. The role also involves supporting property management operations, fostering resident retention by ensuring excellent tenant experiences, and achieving occupancy goals through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Leases and Lease Administration
  • Experience in Market Research and competitive property analysis
  • Knowledge of Property Management practices
  • Demonstrated skills in enhancing Resident Retention and tenant satisfaction
  • Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote capacity
  • Previous experience in real estate, leasing, or property management is a plus
  • Familiarity with relevant property management software tools is advantageous

What we require from you:

  • - Must have Driver's License and 
    a vehicle
  • - Previous sales/customer service experience required
  • - Strong command of the English language
  • - Experience with Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • - Ideally you will also be Apple compatible (be able to work on a company supplied Mac laptop & iPhone)

Hours: Approx. 25-40hrs a week (daytime/evenings/weekends). Flexible to suit your

lifestyle and desire to work

PAY: $29/Hour + Mileage
