Responsibilities

  • Must have a passion for hospitality and strive to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Must follow Health and Safety guidelines to ensure proper hygiene regulations.
  • Responsible for day-to-day operations
  • Possess knowledge and skills in various cooking techniques
  • Assure quality and portion consistency
  • Managing a high functioning kitchen through food ordering, kitchen cost control and quality control

Requirements

  • 3 + years of previous experience as a Chef
  • Food Safe certified
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player able to prioritize multiple tasks with ease.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with superior communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Must be familiar with Squirrel systems.
