Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including food preparation, menu planning, and team management. If you have a passion for culinary excellence and possess strong leadership skills, we want to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Create and execute innovative and delicious menu items that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and meet customer expectations
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations
- Train, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff to ensure consistent performance and adherence to food safety standards
- Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items and specials that align with customer preferences and dietary restrictions
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following all health and safety regulations
- Monitor food costs and implement strategies to minimize waste and maximize profitability
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in culinary techniques

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a restaurant or food industry setting
- In-depth knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary trends, and best practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Morning shift
