Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers with a professional, customer-focused approach
  • Organize and manage qualified daily appointments
  • Support vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and ensure smooth delivery processes

  • Deliver outstanding service to help generate positive customer feedback
  • Update and maintain accurate online ads, inventory details, and CRM records
  • Stay current on inventory, pricing, and promotional offerings

Qualifications

  • Holds or can qualify for a valid VSA license
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
  • Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License with a clean driving abstract
  • Ability to speak additional language is an asset.
