**Job Description**:
As a Used Car Sales Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right pre-owned vehicle that matches their needs and budget. You will handle various stages of the sales process, from welcoming customers to vehicle delivery. Your role will also include providing expert vehicle information, coordinating test drives, and collaborating closely with the inventory team to ensure customers have access to the best-suited vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and understand their used car needs.
- Present and showcase a range of vehicles, providing information on vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.
- Coordinate test drives and help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Close sales and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the purchasing process.
- Stay updated on the latest inventory and newly arrived vehicles.
- Assist with trade-ins, appraisals, and vehicle inspections.
- Handle sales paperwork efficiently.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance targets.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve dealership operations and sales strategies.

Job Requirements:

- Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and passionate about helping clients find the right vehicle.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of cars and industry trends is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
