Summary

Pfaff Harley Davidson is expanding and growing their team. We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator. This position is responsible for assisting with ‘on the ground’ marketing for website maintenance, graphic creation, content development, event planning, experiential marketing.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Comprehensive understanding of the businesses, community and demographic are imperative.
- Daily maintenance of the website & Shopify Store (including monthly promo offers, inventory, photography).
- Content creation on social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube),this includes but isn’t limited to:

- Assist in creating content based on strategy provided by the brand manager.
- Writing approved content.
- Shooting content, working with externals or internals to complete.
- Taking initiative to find unique marketing opportunities within the store to drive traffic, brand awareness and ultimately, sales.
- Develop Guerilla Marketing and Experiential Marketing initiatives
- Focuses on Harley-Davidson lifestyle, accessories, parts and service offerings by creating content around this part of the business and assists in building promotions and offers.
- Assist in executing events for the store
- Monitors competitive activity within the respective market.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Graduate of a college or university marketing program (degree or diploma).
- Valid Ontario Driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract.
- Minimum of 1 Year Marketing Experience
- Experience with Photoshop/In Design for the creation of quick graphics.
- Strong understanding of social media strategy & web traffic metrics.
- Measures, tracks, and communicated their success
- Working experience with Google Analytics and/or certification.
- Proficient with the following computer environments: Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer and Outlook.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written English are required).
