Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers with a professional, customer-first approach
  • Schedule and manage qualified appointments daily
  • Conduct vehicle demos, test drives, and coordinate seamless deliveries
  • Build lasting customer relationships through follow-ups and after-sales support
  • Provide exceptional service to drive positive customer reviews
  • Maintain accurate online ads, inventory listings, and CRM records
  • Stay informed on current inventory, pricing and promotions

Qualifications

  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
  • Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License with a clean driving abstract
  • Holds or can qualify for a valid VSA license
  • Ability to speak additional language is an asset.
