Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales initiatives and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in flooring, tile, or home renovation sales with proven marketing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Lead sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, social media, and advertising initiatives to increase brand visibility
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales in one of the following: flooring, tile, home renovation or bath products
  • Strong management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability in account management and maintaining long-term client relationships.
