About the Role
We are seeking ambitious and highly driven Sales Managing Partners to lead and grow their own sales teams within an assigned territory. This role operates as an independent business partnership: you will build and manage your own team, oversee day-to-day operations, and execute local sales strategies.
This is a business opportunity designed for entrepreneurial leaders who thrive on autonomy and performance-based growth.
Start-Up Operating Bonus
To support your initial launch, qualified candidates will receive a $10,000 bonus designated for operating expenses to help establish and scale their business in the early stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage your own team of sales representatives within your territory
- Oversee territory operations as an independent business owner
- Drive door-to-door sales activities and ensure team success
- Develop and implement localized sales and marketing strategies
- Track performance metrics and coach team members for success
- Build and maintain strong customer and client relationships
- Ensure compliance with company standards and ethical guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing a sales team
- Minimum 2 years of door-to-door sales experience
- Must operate under your own registered marketing corporation, or be willing to register one
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
- Telecom industry experience is a strong asset
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your territory
