Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in North York, ON, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, managing client relationships, conducting market research, and driving student enrollment initiatives. Additional tasks include delivering excellent customer service, conducting training sessions for prospective students, and supporting the sales team with focused management practices to achieve optimal outcomes.

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Sales & Marketing Specialist
with experience in the
education industry
, who can build strong B2B relationships, support student enrollment strategies, and represent the college at various events.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to support enrollment growth
Generate and manage B2B partnerships with organizations, agencies, and community groups
Conduct outreach campaigns, presentations, and info sessions
Represent the college at fairs, events, and community activities (travel required)
Collaborate with internal teams to create promotional materials and campaigns
Track performance metrics and report results to management
Required Qualifications
Minimum
1 year of experience
in the
education industry
Proven
B2B sales and marketing
experience
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to travel for events and outreach
Valid G Driver's Licence
Legally authorized to work in Canada
